  1. Brian, You will be dearly missed, Fly High little buddy. Love and Prayers for All of the Family. Sincerely Penny

  2. I enjoyed seeing Brian’s smile and joy while in school with him. The joy of knowing that beautiful soul is no long in a body that didn’t want to cooperate is inexpressible. My love and thoughts to his family as they grieve. Brian, I will see you when I get there!

  3. Bryan’s smile, jokes, caring questions and legendary appetite will be greatly missed.  It was touching to see his mannerisms that mimicked his grandfather, Buel.  Our sympathy to Betty, Charlie, Chad and Kelli, who loved him and cared for him with great dedication.  Also, to those at Park Place, his co-workers, and his friends….we know you will miss him.  Thanks for loving him as we have.

  4. My name is Janelle and I have been the consultant dietitian at Park Place probably about as long as Bryan was there.  He was always my favorite and I looked forward to my monthly visit there, especially to see him.  I used to tease him about putting him on a “bread and water” diet and he would always laugh and laugh over that.  Probably because he knew I was kidding him and that was the opposite of what we wanted for him – to be on a diet,  Recently he was asking for breaded chicken patty to be put on the menus and I made those changes just for him.  I would have done just about anything I could for him…he was that special to me.  I am sorry for your loss and all of us are mourning his loss.  Park Place will NEVER be the same for me again.  I visited with him briefly during my last visit there in late December.  He was not having a good day and was pretty much staying in bed even at that time.  I was saddened to see him like that, instead of the Bryan I would visit with – I will miss his laugh and sense of humor.  Please accept my sympathies and know that Bryan will be missed!!

  5. I just found out last night that my big brother is with God now.. I will miss most about my big brother is the way he lived his life his open-heart, his big smile his infectious laugh, the way threw himself in to whatever he was doing ,who he was doing it for  ,who he was doing it with spend time with ..my big brother became part of my life when my mother Tammy married Wayne on December 8 ..6 days before I turn 14  OMG they told us kids when we all pull up at the courthouse to get married WoW … thay then asked if we had any questions  My brother said cool than asked my mom if we would go away leave him like his other mom’s had ..my mom told him that he was her son now and me and Roberts brother for ever and that if she leave his dad that he would come live with us she didn’t leave her kids he got so happy …so we move back to  morrisonville from Effingham Illinois we all go to school the next day I go downstairs for homeroom and there’s Brian getting bullied by some seniors boys I’ll ask them what they were do to him ..they told  me to mind my business freshman and there was Brian cheesing from ear-to-ear sticks his head out of locker looking so happy and says yes it is  my busines thst I his sister he was my big brother the hole time aspire just keeps getting bigger and brighter that his dad married her mom yesterday that was the  moment in my heart he became my brother that I fell in love with his  loveing heart he energy for life  pride for doing the right thing  so I did what any good sister would do I snapped he go a bloody nose the next thing I remember we were sitting in the principal’s office and my mom walked in Brian’s got tissue up his  bloody nose and I swear his smile and got 10 times bigger he was so happy that for the first time he had a partner in crime he had a mom come up to the office and he was sitting next to it a sister he’s never had done any thing like that ( he is 16) that Betty did an awesome job raising my brother and helping with me  and Emilee  when ever they need help she was the best surrogate mom that any guy could have asked for she doted on Brian he was the center of her universe and there was nothing that they would not have done for my brother and thank you guys so much for being so here him then all of us … So me and Brian got kicked out of school for a few days…………………
